Buddha

Ex member of :
Fantastic 4 Cracking Group [web]
Function :
Swapper

Handlestory :
It was the premise of Communist, that I rename to Buddha in order to join the Fantastics. He liked my belly too much and he thought, that it was worth a reference. As usual I could not reject any of his wishes.

Trivia :
- Spherical Designs
After swapping around with local lamers for a year or so I got in touch with SD in late 1990 and was admitted to the group.

- Mystic
The only contact I had in MTC was my good friend Rave. He invited me to join the group although I did not have contact to any other member of the group back then.

- Compagnions
Shortly after that I joined CPS. Dont remember when and under which circumstances ...

- The Ancient Temple
This is the only group I was ever kicked from AFAIR. I joined them after one member confirmed that I was allowed to join the group (unfortunately I dont remember who it was) BUT some days later one of the leaders (I think it was Gazza or Ayatollah) called me, in order to let me know that he did not think I am as perfect, as my handle might promise, and that I was kicked from the group. He expressed it in such a funny way that I hardly could hold back laughing and was not too sad about it in the end.

- Hysteric
Then I joined HYS and while beeing a member, I was busted by the post for stamp cheating after my holliday in Spain. It was like getting back from holiday one day and being interrogated by (rather stupid) post office staff the next day. As a result I had to quit my activities and HYS for the time being. After my return to the scene I was not readmitted to the group because they had found some new swappers.

- Success/Success + The Ruling Company
But so I had the great opportunity to join SCS (and later SCS+TRC), in order to take over former member Tyree's swapping activities. A close friendship to most other members developed over the years!

- Fantastic 4 Cracking Group
AFAIR I left SCS for some time to join F4CG and later rejoined SCS. Not too sure about that though. Maybe someone can help with that.

- Hardcore, Hardcore+Onslaught and later Onslaught
After some (infact a very long) time of inactivity, most german members of SCS*TRC felt, that they wanted to try something new ... so we left The Ruling Coop, and formed Hardcore ... in order to continue our inactivity there :-)
But somehow we managed to attract the attention of our fellow scener buddies in Onslaught and a new Coop was born. Later Hardcore fell apart when most members left the group and the scene for good. The rest of the groups was absorbed by Onslaught.

- Legend:
I remember, that I joined a late rebuild of Legend (roundabout 1998?) when my interest in the scene had nearly completely vanished. When I was asked to join, I thought, that it would be a nice ending to my time in the scene and I joined ... but it turned out to be a nightmare, as most of the releases were lousy re-releases. :-(
