To be precise, this monitor was not black & white. It was a monochromatic, GREEN display:



Everybody that has been pixelling on those back in the day (there were few, myself included) were using color codes from the head and basing everything on brightness values :)

Zephyr used a black and white monitor,
and somehow managed to use white, yellow, pink, orange, red, brown, black on every picture without going near blue ?

As luck would have it,
Zephyr managed to choose the colour pink when drawing the hands of the character that appears in the first picture.

Nice pictures/remakes there, especially the one as shown in the screenshot. Pixelling on a green screen must have been a challenge.

Yes, all the pictures were pixelated on allmighty Neptun 156 (http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neptun_156) - "yellow case edition" :)
