I notice that Italo-Pop was not just a big thing for me in the eighties. Nice to se some other lovers, especially from Germany! :D

Great covers!

OT Dudes, it's international Women's Day and P.C. made me name the lady first :P (and yeah pseudonym stuff went kinda messy in my brain, I give you that)

@Ian Coog: Exactly Al Bano and Romina Power, but Albano Carrisi as right Name.

I expected "Made in Italy", their biggest Charthit from 1982,talking about Ricchi e Poveri and Chartpositions outside Italy. :-)

LOL would have bet (and lost money) "Mamma Maria" was Romina and Albano Power, so much for being old doesn't mean you're an expert for any old music just because you remember some Italian artist from the 80s :D

BTT: nice take on 1st part, 2nd didn't ring a bell here but sounds alright, too

For STIL:
The song is a cover of two songs performed originally by the Italian band 'Ricchi e Poveri'
Song 1 - 'Mamma Maria' (0:00 - 1:02)
Song 2 - 'Se m'innamoro' (1:03 - 3:29)
Then it loops to song 1 and so on :D
