Found on some other disks, but it always had the same bug that it tried to load a non-existing 2nd part; I have re-added the original version (the t64) here, just for preservation.

The main problem was the t64 container instead of d64, and it was probably recrunched by someone else: it tries to reload itself but it's issuing a jmp $0810, while the external layer has a sys2066 (time cruncher). 2nd layer is just eca packer (sys2064) so I assume that's how they intended it.

Hmmm, not so sure that it's incomplete - scroller in the second part states "second and last part". Maybe the loading routine was left in by accident?
