@Tom-Cat No, this one is not. Images stay sharp but some colors might be lost. While both Spectrum and C64 have 16 color palettes Spectrum colors can't be matched 1:1 to Commodore.

Put all your .scr images in scr folder and just run RunMe.exe. It will do the conversion and quit.
Written in PHP. Full source code included.
For non-Windows operating systems you'll need PHP interpreter to run this.
