why don't you just select resid-fp instead of resid in VICE?
or play with sidplay2.6/w or acid64+jsdidevice? Plays fine here, exactly as the mp3 provided by Conrad.

when listening to this in vice it sounded really crap, couldnt believe it got 1st place with that sound.
and it didnt, my vice/resid is just too fucked up.

and now I listen to the mp3 and, I'm like yeah, this rules pretty damn hard!

thanks for the mp3! (and I wish other musicians would make HQ recordings of their sids too)

congrats with 1st place
